I’m a trauma therapist with over 15 years of experience, committed to helping adults process pain and build lasting change. As a first-generation Latino, I understand the cultural and generational challenges many clients face—because I’ve lived them. My approach blends real-world insight with evidence-based care, including EMDR, CBT, DBT, IFS, and other trauma-informed methods.

My background spans psychotherapy practices, hospitals, schools, corporate settings, and clinics, giving me a unique lens on the complex emotional and relational issues people carry.
